Application Process

Application Process:

We’re working hard to update our applications for 2026.

2026 Applications are now available. If you are having difficulty with the online application, please contact Michelle at 715-677-4969. Please note that our Camps are filled on a first come, first served basis, pending eligibility verification. Our sessions typically do not fill until late March/early April.

Application deadlines are as follows:

  • Adults who are Blind or Visually Impaired – April 24, 2026
  • All youth camper sessions – May 15, 2026
  • Adults who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing – July 13, 2026

Application Tips:
The following applications require an educator or other professional name, email and phone number for eligibly verification:

  • Youth who are Blind or Visually Impaired
  • Youth who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
  • Youth with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism

All applications require the $25 application deposit to be paid either online or by mailing in a check. If you need the deposit waived, please call the office.

Confirmation Process:

Our Camp Administrative Assistant checks applications to ensure they are completed. The application deposit must be received by our accounting department and verified which can take up to 2-3 business days.

The Camp Director then reviews the application and verifies that the camper is eligible through the application, educator information and phone calls/emails to families to ensure Camp will be a successful experience. This process can take anywhere from a half hour to a few weeks depending on the need for follow up phone calls or emails to learn more about our campers. The initial rush of applications can make the confirmation process take up to a month due to the large number of applications received.

A confirmation email will be sent to the family if camper is accepted. Please check your spam email as the emails come from our camper database and sometimes seen as spam. Most information about Camp will be on the website so that you can find it easily.

After the confirmation is sent, we then require additional forms to be completed. The waiver form and additional health and diet questionnaires can be completed online. A medical examination (physical) done by a medical professional is required every 24 months to ensure general health and wellbeing of campers to attend Camp. That form must be downloaded from your camper portal and brought to your doctor’s office.

A letter will be mailed if camper application is denied.

We reserve the right to accept or deny an application. Each session has room for up to 150 campers.
